I fully agree! We also took our kids everywhere, from the first weeks of their lives. We even took them out of school for trips, telling their teachers they were educational trips and the kids would write essays for them about the places they visited (for English and history); they used to bring their homework and do it in hotel rooms... I still believe it was the best thing we did for them.
Travel is so much more educational than a day in the classroom. My kids are teens now and travel has really given them such a good perspective and understanding of the world!
So true. This was a big part of why we traveled so much with the kids and why we looked for different experiences outside our comfort zone…although, I’m not sure I would have been able to get my family to sleep in one of those huts in Sweden 😀 It does look amazing though.

My kids are a bit older now - not sure they would sleep there now either!
